Frozen Negroni

280x280_gallery.001_3As the weather gets warmer and patio drinking becomes a must, a simple, cooler twist on the Negroni is a welcomed member to the table: Introducing the frozen Negroni.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Negroni - Le Meridien Goa Calangute15 ml Sweet and sour mix
  • 15 ml Campari
  • 30 ml gin
  • 15 ml martini rosso
  • 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 cups ice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it into a martini glass and garnish with sprig of thyme.
